Is it normal for this location to be "drive through only" at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night?
The doors are locked, the drive through line is wrapped around the building, and it's INCREDIBLY slow.
This is a terrible first attempt, here...

Actually I'm can't say for sure, but when I encounter something like that, I vote with my dollars.... It could be a staffing or supply issue.
