Drive through,food was tasty, but the service was slow. Waited for over 10 minutes two cars ahead, waiting on their food to be brought out to them by employee's. Should have better procedures to move the drive through line if customers food is not ready. Will visit again.

I'm all about the $5 box, it is a great value and it's filling. When I got a tonsillectomy the only thing I would eat was the chicken bowl without gravy. Drive thru runs pretty efficiently especially during the busy after school hours.

Georgia and John, unfortunately you are both right. Employees needs better training and customer service skills both where the cooking occurs and with their interactions with customers. When customers feel that service is falling short it's quite easy to loose our cool...and sometimes our composure. It's difficult to practice restraint and show respect when this happens. That being said, when your business is selling chicken there is no excuse to run out of it...
