Georgia and John, unfortunately you are both right. Employees needs better training and customer service skills both where the cooking occurs and with their interactions with customers. When customers feel that service is falling short it's quite easy to loose our cool...and sometimes our composure. It's difficult to practice restraint and show respect when this happens. That being said, when your business is selling chicken there is no excuse to run out of it...
In every business,the customer is always right,but sometimes a few customers give away their rights by being disrespectful..The general rule is. " U have to give respect to get respect"" this is a notice to both the workers and customers..
