No there isn't but your best bet is Happy trails dog park in Seminole park. Not too far from central but definitely accomodates your pet.
Animals aren't allowed in ANY City of Plantation Parks. U may take your dogs to Happy Tails Dog Park @ 6600 SW 16th Street.
