Yes. With the leash and you got to pick up the poop . That's standard you know.
No pets. Yes although the women's club has failed to put out the signs on 5th street advertising the art show. They usually put out signs a week or 2 before.
No dogs are allowed at the family City parks. Dogs are only permitted at Doggie Parks.
