I need to find out if I can get a copy of my father’s death certificate as well as finding out if he had a will?

Yes to both. 2 different locations. Death certificates are located at the Vital Statistics office in the Civic Center, 18th & Farnam, lower level next to the elevators. Wills are deposited with the Probate Court, 3rd floor of the old Courthouse, 17th & Farnam. The are connected, so just find a parking space and enter either one.
