When I had a transmission light come on Certified was the only place willing to see me same day. They diagnosed quickly and were just awesome to work with. They will take care of you.

Certified Transmission did a tremendous job fixing my Ford F-150. They totally analyzed and diagnosed the problem and were able to fix quickly. They were also very thorough in describing the issue to me so I could make a qualified decision as what the costs would be. The Service Manager, Joel, is the best. He is extremely conscientious and does his very best to take care of you. If you have a transmission problem do not hesitate to take your vehicle to this shop.

I took my car here for suspected transmission problems. Joel was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They performed a diagnostic, repaired a leak in my transmission and changed the fluid for a fair price. I regret not taking my vehicle in sooner. Thanks guys!

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. The kept me informed through the process. Joel and Kirk were the ones that helped me out and Joel explained the whole process. He gave you the feeling like he was your friend and you knew each other for a while. So I would recommend Certified Transmission on Q Street. They even followed up with a Thank You card mailed to your household appreciating your business and to contact them if their was any trouble.

Well, it's about $70 for the diagnostics at Certified Transmission. My experience was that they didn't try to gouge me or add on unnecessary work.
