Hmmm I think I know what happened to crestwood portillo's service I have a theory Because I've been going there for the past 20 years. Years ago the work force was mostly latino.... yikes... yes I said it but I am a realist... just stating facts.
Was in the Crestwood Portillo's today and will never go back. None of tbe interaction in there was representative of a Portillo's. Not one friendly face in the place. Was asked for id when paying with a debit card and upon asking for a tray for my dine in food, I was advised that they don't give trays if you only have one bag of food. Putting food in bags makes it convenient fod the restaurant, not the customer. This location has really changed in the quality of their service. Too many places to eat in Crestwood to be bothered by this nonsense.
