Is this a true bar and no minors at any time or can minors enter until a certain time?

I would say no kids at all. Very much a (dive) bar.

Thanks all... Playing in a tournament and the final results are at this bar but had to pick the kid up... So I guess I will just miss out on the festivities :-(
