Well on the spur of the moment, we stopped by just to look. By the next day we were told by our sales rep that there would be no problem getting us in an RV that would have a wide enough door to get my power wheelchair through. The unit we found was on one of their lots in Bakerfield, CA. The sales rep said that there would be NO PROBLEM getting the RV transferred to their Redmond lot. The day finally came that was set for us to pick up our brand new RV. We were staying the night before in Bend so we could be right there, (as we live in Burns). We had been told that our RV was being delivered to Redmond on Monday night. Our delivery was scheduled for Thursday morning. I called on Wednesday just to make sure everything was in order, only to be told they couldn't find it. I was crushed. Our sales rep just happened to be off work that day. Well I called the office to get an update. The person who took my call told me he would have to check on things. After a long pause my call was transferred to the Sales Manager to get an explanation. He told me that he would get back to me ASAP. After 2 hours I called his direct line. No answer just his voice mail. I left an urgent message for him. I made several attempts to reach him. Each time my call was unanswered. I even tried the Service Manager in Redmond, where I was told that our RV was due in early Thursday morning, hopefully. After repeated attempts to reach either the Sales Manager or the Service Manager I was VERY UPSET and in tears! After a few hours of this obvious rejection of my calls and no information my husband walked the 2 blocks to the Bend Blue Dog Rv. There he was directed to the Sales Manager who admitted that he knew I had been trying to speak with him and he had ignored my calls. He said that he had called our off duty Sales Rep who had said that our RV had arrived in Redmond but the entry door was not the 30" wide door promised. But if we still wanted it we could pick it up the next morning. We showed up in Redmond as arranged, but it was NOT the right RV we had purchased. The finance manager, Matt spoke with my husband and immediately offered a refund of our deposit. Darien, our sales rep was the only person who would face me. I was still in our pickup as my husband had not unloaded my wheelchair. I was crushed and extremely dissatisfied with our experience. We left the Blue Dog lot and drove directly to their competitor. There we were told the reason their lot was empty was that they were participating in a special Mother's Day show at the expo center. We immediately drove to expo center where a sales rep was watching for us. After being shown about 3 different units, I fell in love with an RV that we made a deal on. The whole experience took not more than an hour. They put a "SOLD" sign in the window and locked the door. I was quite relieved that I wouldn't have to spend the entire weekend parked in front of "my" new RV chasing off any person who would want to look at it. We are picking up our new RV tomorrow morning. The entire process took 1 week and all of my calls have been answered. What makes me the absolute maddest is that the management staff felt that it was acceptable to ignore my calls, and for all but 1 person to refuse to personally face me. My recommendation is if you are looking for an RV DON'T waste your time going to any Blue Dog RV lot. Just go to their competitor.

Would be a zero if they let me. Our family was excited to buy our first RV. So much so we put down a deposit on a video only RV. Told that it would be in Bend in 2 weeks we need only put down deposit. We did. It hasn’t come. Has been weeks. Can’t get sale guys TROY to call back. Went in since he blocked my emails when I emailed him to Please cancel our order as we don’t feel comfortable with the answers we are getting or level of support. Went in person after the run around to see Travis in finance. He assured me he would refund my deposit immediately and that it was on my bank. A pending charge was so I waited since it was 4th of July holiday weekend. Nope. Now the whole transaction has disappeared. Just called. Was told it’s not there fault 1 they won’t call me back I have to call them. Have filled a report with bank and better biz bureau is next. Stay far away - not the kind of place who deserves your business and $$ for a major purchase. Who holds 500 hostage???

I went in here one day looking for a comfortable RV thinking I was just gonna be window shopping. Now I have a 260RD Reflection. Blue Dog has been absolutely amazing through this whole process and I could not ask for more from them. From the very moment you walk in they do their absolute best to help you find exactly what you're looking for. They answer questions immediately and respectfully and are incredibly helpful, especially to new buyers such as myself. I would like to give a special thanks to Darien, she has been superb through the whole process and answered all my questions with absolute respect (even the dumb ones!) When it came to the PDI everything went smoothly and the only things I could find that needed fixing were a broken HDMI cord and an outlet that was jutting out of the wall a bit. They fixed them immediately of course and now it is here and I am immensely grateful to the people at Blue Dog for this genuinely wonderful experience. Thank You!
