I have had a phenomenal experience with Big Country RV including purchase (2022 Lance 2185), consignment sale (2019 T@B 400) and warranty service (on the Lance). And through it all Big Country RV was super communicative (especially Ashley in the service department, she was exceptional), fair on price for both purchasing and consigning and enjoyable to deal with (shout out to single T Bret, who seemed to be the sales manager or something, he was very receptive to my neediness). The service issues they are handling are something Big Country’s technician noticed during our pick up walk through and proactively contacted Lance, and reached out to schedule the work. I was apprehensive to go their looking at past reviews, but those reviews are just that, the past. I am super happy with my decision to go with Big Country RV and will be back in a few years for another update.

Horrible costumer service. I bought a trailer last year at big country Redmond. Salesman seemed great, until he wasn’t. During our walkthrough (prior to signing papers and purchasing) we had discussed a few things we wanted fixed. They agreed to them but after they got the check tried to go back on what was discussed, said that they would “try” to get them fixed. In the end they finally did some of the repairs but not all. Fast forward to this year when we decided to sell it (we initially bought it to live in but ended up finally being able to buy a home), we tried our luck with Big Country Bend. We went in 2 weeks ago to talk about consignment and at that time they were busy and said they would call us back with some numbers. One week goes by and I call and leave a voicemail on the salesman’s direct line. Three days go by without any response so I call the store to ask for him but he was out and I was told he would call me back the next day. I didn’t hear from him so two days after that I text him through his direct number and still no response. I guess they don’t want my business. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with either location.

I called this company to order two ladder bumpers for the fold down ladder on our camper. I was told they would cost $16.00. This was quite high for two small rubber bumpers that normally sell for around $4.00 each. I placed the order anyway because I wanted to make sure they were the correct size and I didn’t want to have to replace them if they were not. They took approximately two week to come from Lance. When my wife went to pick them up, they charged her $30.00. This was inexcusable. This is the same company that tried to sell us a camper that was a thousand pounds too heavy for our truck. The salesman argued with us and insisted it would be fine when the specifications on the truck clearly indicated it would be extremely dangerous and unable to handle the load. I will never do business with this company again.

We consigned our rv with them and they told us the market was hot and probably wouldn’t last two weeks. We told them we needed to sell it quick. They listed the price for thousands more than we paid for it two years before. It ended up taking almost three months to sell and then they wanted another $1000 from us to complete the sale.
