I was at the store yesterday, and they are out of stock in store as well. They most likely will restock by the time the tour starts. You can always call and ask them.
It depends I wanted to get BTS' s ARMY BOMB, but online it said I was sold out. I ended up got to the Store to buy an album and they had them. The cashier guy said the didn't receive a lot to lightsticks. I suggest going in person to make sure.
It depends on which lightstick it is. Looking at your profile picture I'm assuming your talking about army bombs, but I'm not completely sure of they have them in stock at the store right now.
