Because of my unpredictable work schedule, can I donate on different days? Or does it have to be the same 2 days each week? For example, can I donate on Mon & Sat (week 1) and then Mon & Wed (week 2) ?

You have to stick with the same 2 day unless you skip your 2nd donation and start a new cycle

You can switch days as long as not more than 2 donations within 7 day period. So if you went Sat and Mon you would not be able to go Wed.
