You have to be between 10 and 17, if you have a current drug problem you can be treated but they do not house pregnant girls. You must have your parents permission to stay at HWAM, if you do not you may come during the day to stay for 72 hour emergency shelter.
Pretty sure you just have to be a teenager in need of a home. :) They're really friendly, given them a call and ask, or walk in to the office next door.
