I am pretty sure if they don't have actual menu items that are gluten free, you could easily substitute corn tortillas for the flour ones. There are probably more options than that though .
They don't have separate fryers, so there isn't anything absolutely gluten free. But anything with a corn tortilla. I have a friend who is gluten free and she loves the beef nachos and hasn't had any problems. Hope this helps
