Yes it's open as stated 730,530. Of course masks are required. And they do observe the seating inside so there's not a if it's crowded you may have to stand in the hallway but it's generally not a long line you go in and take your number and they call you.
The lab in So. SF, is open every day, including holidays, from. 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
