Had a few questions about my lease and worked with Chrizelle today. Just wanted to say that Chrizelle was very knowledgeable about the process and made the entire experience a smooth one. At the end of our conversation, I had all my questions answered and was very happy about the service that I received.

Very noisy. So expect to get wake up every 8 am with dog noise, construction noise, music noise and others. The property manager told us the quiet hour is 8am to 10am, so they don’t want to fix the noise issue. And there are huge amount of flies in the building, especially in the summer. Good luck to anyone who wants to move in.

We did a self guided tour to this place .The unit we looked at is clean and quiet.The appliances are new and I love that everything is white and stainless steel. The office personnel we spoke to was very professional, knowledgeable & kind. The only thing I did not like which I'm sure the management has no control with is that the elevator smelled like weed really bad when we get into it which I think is some of the residents fault. I still love the place I might just use the stairs next time.

I have lived her since 2014 and I have loved living here! The reviews I see on here I feel do not reflect the property at all. Ever since I have been living here the staff has always been attentive and accommodating with issues that happen. Most of the issues are residents not taking responsibility for their pets or respect for the property which I do not feel is a refection of the staff. I have a small dog and I love having such a pet friendly community! My dog was even pet of the month! I personally pick up after my dog and it baffles me that other residents do not do the same. I do see maintenance picking up after residents which is an amazing service, but it should be the residents responsibility to pick up after their dogs. Although I feel rent is high again I don't see how this is the property or staffs fault? When I was in the stages of looking for apartments, I felt everywhere around the Bay area was high in rent not just South City. I have had rental increases, again what property doesn't? During my renewal processes the staff has also tried to do their best at trying to get my offer down and giving me options that best fit my situation. The area itself is great, I love living so close to everything like Trader Joe's and Costco! There is even a Chevy's! I personally use public transportation and having the BART station right next door has been so helpful and easy! I feel like every apartment complex is always going to have some noise, however when I have had any of these issues the staff has always done their best to address and take action on minimizing it. Over all I feel this is a great community, I am still currently living here and plan on staying for a very long time!
