Just called to Schedule an appointment for my dad and I was a little indecisive about the time and the lady hung up on me. I can't believe how rude she was, I will never get my haircut there again.

I can't imagine anyone from Hair 101 intentionally hanging up on someone. Everyone is so nice at this establishment. The quality of hair care is excellent. Would never even consider going somewhere else.

Anthony it's a very busy place they do excellent work they're not rude or crude or socially unacceptable just busy has nothing to do with the quality of their haircuts I get my haircut there every month try again

Well I don't know but I've had nothing but fabulous service from Kim here over 4 years till I moved back to Washington. There is only a couple of stylist and it is a busy place there's not a lot of options for quality in the area but this is definitely one of them and I will give them 5 stars
