I picked up my order at curbside. Since its placed in my trunk (as directed) I did not note I was missing an item until I got home. There is no faq or info for this? I live an hour away and could not go back. Please advise.

Call customer service, they are usually pretty good with refunds of items not shipped or missing.

I would call Macys and have them track your missing items and look or ask if you have been charged for the missiNg items.
