Not true exactly. I could not apply for my driver's license renewal online so I had to come in without an appointment and I was served as well. I was out of this particular office in 20 minutes.
They must have changed it. Went today and they are only accepting appointments.
I went there without appointment and in less than 20 min I was out. There is line up to enter 6ft apart and once you are in the chairs are separated 6ft and it's pretty fast. 1 went there less than 2 weeks ago with no appointment.
