I would go find another business to to any service to my boat. These guys are exceptionally inefficient

yes you need to make an appointment. this place quotes 2 to 3 weeks just to get started on a boat. seams to me like they need to hire more employees. the shop the work out of is huge, like the wait to get taken care of. we needed our boat addressed and tried 3 different times. 2 week waits are not the norm sorry. they can service your wheel bearings or you can buy a grease gun from tractor supply and save money.
