Dealing with Gone FIshin Marine has been a nightmare from the beginning. Initially it was added accessories that were paid for and paid for installation that were not on the boat when I went to pick it up (2 hour drive each way). Their excuse was we did not know where you wanted it. A simple phone call would have solved that, so I then had to wait another week and drive 4 hours round trip again to get the boat that should have been ready the week prior. I should have used that as a sign and walked away from the deal. Next problem, I go to register the trailer and boat which turned into a 6 month ordeal. First issue was the finance lady gave us the wrong information so it required multiple trips to the DMV. 6 months go by and we get a letter stating there was an issue and the title process was not completed and to contact the selling dealer. Did that multiple times and no response. I am an out of state buyer and am technically responsible for doing it, which we did. After going multiple rounds with the bank and the dealership nobody offered to assist as we still did not know what the problem was. Made another trip to DMV to get it sorted. These people do not know customer service at all and will not offer any post purchase support they will not profit off of.

Not bad, pretty spendy like any boat shop. The people were knowledgeable and helpful. I don't care but they said masks must be worn no matter what your vaccination status was, however none of the employees were masked up. Whatever..just seemed weird.

Absolutely the best customer service! They fixed all my post-purchase issues for free even though the boat I purchased was a consignment one. Their sales manager, Mark, was especially kind and considerate. He went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy with my boat purchase. I would definitely go there for my future marine purchases.

I take all my business to them. Its worth the travel time to get there. They are friendly and take care of your problems. If they cant do it, they will be up front with you and point you in the right direction.
I would go find another business to to any service to my boat. These guys are exceptionally inefficient
