Hi Renne, Yes we do offer a gluten free medium and large dough. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee our kitchen is gluten free but if the person who has celiac disease is not severe then it should be okay. Hope this answered your question. Thanks Kaylee and the8barnes for your help... Mario

Back when I worked there many years ago, they offered a gluten free crust. I'm sure they still do. Just call and ask :) it was always a medium size.
