The Cafe is fully ADA compliant. There is an elevator from the ground floor and lifts within the venue. Please see The Cafe staff for assistance when you arrive.
I have been many times and I only know of an entrance with stairs. I don't remember an elevator, but everything is ADA compliant nowadays so it's possible they have one. The club itself has multiple floors inside which again have stairs, but I think there are ramps as well once inside. Either way there are numerous ground floor clubs right around there so if you can't get in you have plenty of options.
Map the location, you will be able to see the entrance. If that doesnt help, try calling them.
