The customer service has always been outstanding whenever I've gotten anything here. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding? I would give it another chance the food is too good to pass up
dont understand. They are there and still willing to make your food. I was told we were out of sub rolls and you left. We have built our business on pleasing customers since 1989. In this case we came up short. We would offer you a gift certificate for a future visit. I’m still unsure what happened but I truly feel terrible about it. Dave
