Are the cheesy Bean and rice burritos supposed to be just plain tortillas or was the lady working not very fond of me because I thought she said 2.18 not 2.81? Very disappointing!

No it should have beans cheese and rice like it's name implies. They aren't they greatest with customer service there. Call Columbia bells llc that's the franchisee that owns that store

No there is suppose to be creamy cheese, beans, and rice inside the tortilla shell
