My puppy is breathing erratically with grunting noises repeatedly trying to cough something up I cannot see anything in her throat but she is eating and drinking she seems to be holding her throat straight looking up

Please take her in. It could be minor, but it could major. Our dog was having trouble breathing 2 weeks ago and it turned out his heart was failing. If we had waited he might not be here today.

Take her in. Right away, she must be scared,maybe holding her head straight up is allowing some air flow

having and not wanting to move her neck too much problems sleeping and is really having problems staying calm and still thinking she may have swallowed something that's too big and got stuck before I could get into her stomach not sure if she's actually choking but sometimes it seems like she's having problems breathing what should I do
