You can drive to Bunny Flats but you have to walk the rest of the way
There is an old parking lot from the long gone ski park that you drive to that is at the very top of the Everett Memorial road. Just before that is a hiking trail off to the right that is exquisite with tiny streams and beautiful sights. The mountain will let you know what kind of shape your legs are in but do not ever underestimate what it takes to get up one of these mountains.. you should be an experienced mountaineer, have good boots, know what you're doing, investigate the trails, talk to people and go on many, many smaller hikes. Even strong, wilderness experienced people train and get their legs in shape to go up Mount Hood or Mount Shasta.
Walking is the only way...no vehicles allowed.
Drive to the very top of Everett Memorial Highway, park, and then hike from there. I recommend having experience first before hiking above 10,000ft.
