The grooming department does. Call ahead because of short staff, they can not always do walk in nail trims. They do an amazing job. I suggest the nail grinding.

They have a grooming salon in the back. I know for sure they trim cat nails so I can't imagine they wouldn't do dogs as well.
You should call them to see if they have a groomer on duty when you want to go. Not all locations have a full time groomer.
