What is your batter made of and what kind of oil do you use to deep fry?

I'd be surprised to learn it is exotic - I believe that it is ordinary. The key is the menu offers regular batter and a light batter option which is excellent AND you can mix them in one order. Their process closely resembles "fish-n-chips" all over North America. If you have a health related concern I would just call them.
