What time does the customer service desk open at the walmart on Richland Avenue?

8am is when customer service opens

Both are open 24 hours and at both the Service Counter opens at 8 AM.

8 a.m. I believe, it's a 24 hour Wal-Mart at that location

someone should be there earlier then 9 I would think even a mgr should be able to help.
