Your average pet smart, not much stands out about this particular one with the exception the staff is pretty quick and helpful here. It usually takes a good little while to get my crickets for my beardies at other pet stores this one is usually in and done on 5 minutes. Thanks guys for being so attentive.

My dog is the real one whose opinion matters. We dropped him off, and he was ready about 2 hours later. So far he seems to like this location better

Hello I visited the Aiken South Carolina on Whiskey rd today my appointment was for 2:45 she called me and asked if I could come in earlier at 12:30pm because she has another dog to do at 2:45 as well so I said fine my dog was there from 12:30pm until about 5:30pm no one called me I had to call them to see what was going on…the stylist then goes to tell me oh I couldn’t finish her and started making excuses and for me to bring her back Tuesday before 12pm unacceptable then proceeded to hand me a bill for $101.00 when initially should’ve only been $76 so she added on extra stuff I never told her to shave my dog the way she did my dog was still wet it was a nightmare and I’ll never visit that location ever again HORRIBLE SERVICE

We frequently visit this store and our 🐶 loves the store. The people are nice and always offer him snacks. They also offer lots of services and typically have lots in stock. They also know when things are recalled fairly quickly. I wouldn’t blame you for liking this nearly off the photo 😘
