Walmart is too greedy to hire enough help
The customer service desk answers the phone and they are sometimes Busy with customers and can't get to the phone
Walmart is busy and hectic
As I know from working at another Walmart, the operator does not sit at the phone, she also works the appeal area and assist customers as needed!
