Drive around the block, they will magically self clean! Were you born the day before yesterday?
I have nothing to do with this dealership but new rotors will rust over night when they get wet. Even after washing the car. The rust will go away after you press the brakes the first time.
Unless they are ceramic or composite material, most brake rotors will corrode when sitting wet or after being driven in rain. As soon as you apply brake pressure, they will look good as new again.
Get another jeep dealer to check it out, my exsperienc has been very good.
