The NTB in Garner is the pits at best now. I bought a multi-year alignment special on 2 or my cars a year ago, now they can't align my vehicles because they don't have a tech trained to do it. Now I'm having to drive 35 minutes away. I'm a very understanding guy as I'm also in the same business, but this is just poor service at best. And to top it off they call me less than an hour before my appointment saying they can't fit me in at my appointment time... Hold on tho I'm the 1st appointment for the day!!!

DJ was very professional and told me what was recommended and never pressured me into getting it done right then and there. They had a coffee machine in the waiting area for their customers and seating until your vehicle is done. Customer service was excellent and the staff very kind. I will definitely be going back.

It's great to find a place that is so customer service oriented. Took my car in to NTB to have them look at a slow leak in one of my tires. They came back and said the problem was that the stem valve needed tightening - easy fix done in a couple of minutes. They verified that all of the tires had the right pressure and I was good to go. Manager refused to take any payment. I will definitely be coming back to NTB when it's time for new tires and a battery. THANKS for the great service .

Wonderful experience! Carlos, the store manager, was very polite and knowledgeable. He made sure my car was brought into the bay and the tires were replaced immediately knowing I was tight for time to make it to work on time. Tony, the technician was excellent. Very nice and moved quickly. Very pleased with my experience.
