I generally like this business, but their customer service and consistency is horrible at best. I asked the agents several times to change & downgrade my membership, and each time the agents advised me that they handle and adjust it…they continued this same practice of billing me for 3 months. Just recently I threatened to cancel and the manager on duty finally changed it but stated the lead mgr would call me about refunding the extra 10$ x3 mths = 30$. But no follow up…I will be canceling after being with them for several yrs. (Btw, you can only canx in person) smh

Automatic washing. Sarah Thomas was Great!! She educated me on what fabric the Automatic cleaning towels or brushes are made of; And advised on what systems to deactivate , since my vehicle is a 2001 Toyota Echo, to avoid damage to any of the widow & door seals. Ms. Thomas also explained in detail the differences & advantages of the unlimited wash options 👌 Thank You again !!! - W. Junius Featherstone 🐟

My husband and I love American Pride Car Wash. We have been members since they opened in our area. We use it a couple of times a week, and have never had a problem with it not operating properly. We especially love it during NC’s pollen season. Everything is provided to clean and vacuum the interior of your vehicle. Very happy that we have this business so close to our location!!
