The Texas Roadhouse in Alcoa opens at 11 Mon - Sun, so all of them don't participate.
it's so managers and crew get to have better lives outside of work by giving them the opportunity to be with families or get errands done since many places close at 5. it's something all of them participate in doing so I doubt they would change their hours.
I feel they are missing out - Both Longhorn steakhouse and Olive Garden open at 11am all week. There is always a crowd. I for one will not be going - as I eat lunch around 11:30am.
They're not open during those times due to their location. Most business people will hire a place like Texas Roadhouse up during their lunch break, there are not many places for them to go for lunch in the area... So theyre not open to due a lack of business.
