You may call and ask the meat dept if you can order fresh packed in ice,and as far a as cooking goes YouTube is a great source for recipes with step by step instructional videos.. I use it all the time for reference

Yes, they do sell it. Its in the freezer, its not fresh. I would Google it, I've never cooked it before.

Yes they have duck and the best way to cook it is at 350 and drain the grease off as it cooks
