I can definitely say I appreciate this shipper/receiver. I was here to pick up a load that would get me home in time. I did arrive the day before for pick up at 2pm which they close at 3pm. I was disappointed because I was turned away to come back in the morning at 8am when they opened again: I will say although I was disappointed the day before the next morning the receptionist checking the drivers in did above and beyond my expectations. She did tell me my appointment wasn’t until 10:30am but would check with the dock works to see if they would be willing to load me early. That she did and I was given a door right away. In by 8am PU the dock door with paperwork in hand by 8:40. They do have a restroom inside thank God and plenty of space to maneuver. Thanks you guys i really appreciate you and how on top of things you are. Very organized and professional. Off to make in time for home time.

They load pretty quickly once thry get ya in a door !

Checked in at 11am left at 6pm …. Definitely didn’t have my load ready and kept lying to me that I was next to get a door…
