Yes, both can be used on paths and picnic common areas.
It is mostly two or 3 short trails but bikes are ok. I love this place mostly for some beautiful nature spots and because it is a quiet place in the middle of the kissimmee every day busier traffic. Very small for a picnic but there are 2 or 3 littlenplaces for that.
No.
No motorized scooters or any other type vehicle is allowed on the trails or inside the Pioneer Village, but bicycles of every kind are welcome on the Bike Trails of Shingle Creek Historical Park and adjoining interconnected County and City Bike Trails. There are a few covered picnic tables spread out in the Shingle Creek Historical Park, with an open one down by the Caretaker's Cabin along the trail, and a few more up at the entrance to the Pioneer Village.
Picnic areas, trails and creeks to paddle in. They rent bicycles as well
Yes there are wide paths to ride bicycles and scooters. Plus a very nice picnic area with a charcoal grill
