There are maps along the trail, but you don't really need one since there are only 2 trails overall. You can find the map in the website. Seems over a mile. I've seen a few runners, but mostly people on bikes.
Trails are maybe 2 miles, not sure exact length. They aren't bad if you are doing a short run
