Hello, I'm planning a luncheon birthday getogether for our family (only 6 of us.) We do this every year at Olive Garden in Manchester. My question is can I bring a store bought cake in for dessert? Never done this before.

The best idea would be to give that particular restaurant a call and ask them directly. Then you can't go wrong.

Tell them whose birthday it is in the beginning and then they will bring the birthday girl or boy a hefty piece of chocolate cake. If you want to bring your own definitely call.

When my son turned 21 we had a big family dinner at Olive Garden in Tyngsboro (near Nashua) and they were happy to let me bring our own cake. They didn't mind at all...provided plates, etc. Have fun!

We've done this in the past so I assume you still can but probably best to confirm via phone call.
