I agree with some of what you are saying I was born in NY I lived there 27 years it was corrupt as can be I moved to Naples first then Hernando then citrus I can say with no doubt that this county is run by some of the stupidest people on the planet.ill start with the nuclear plant that the highway division destroyed how did that happen? Yes the first nuclear plant was destroyed by our local government because they were to stupid to build the plant the proper way.then there is the road work the engineer measured the water table at low tide so the road was built lower then needed so we all have to pay twice to fix it who is accountable ? Then latest screw up I saw just today removing trees on us 19 right next to a fresh sidewalk that was just built are you kidding me it will destroy the new sidewalk but hey I think calling it kissing cousin county is very fitting prove me wrong
Sir, that is a derogatory and insulting statement Obviously you are from a northern state and you think yourself superior to us Southerns. However, I must agree that the County is poorly managed. Unfortunately, we have not managed our natural resources appropriately. The County Commissioners sold us out in favor of urban and industrial expansion. They want to build an empire so that they can profit from it. Too many people from the north have moved here and they want to turn this County into something they wanted to get away from.
