We didn't do the jet ski, we did a sunset cruise. $60-70/person if I remember correctly. Worth it even if you don't drink the sangria!
I forget the cost but well worth it. I recommend going for the longer rental.
Don't know sorry only do the para sailing. I know you will need to take a test before driving one.
