I don't think so. The quality of everything is high enough that it wouldn't be needed to make the food taste good. If you're worried, though, you could always add some lemon juice, or vinegar, or just breathe on the food heavily. MSG is instantly converted to a vital nutrient on contact with any acid, even from the CO2 in your breath (and, of course, obviously, the hydrochloric acid in your stomach).
