This is the best wholesale company in the United States. Our reps, Roger and Lem, have fought tooth and nail for us and achieved pricing far beyond our wildest expectations. Anyone who sells prepared food needs to do business with this company.

The customer service from this place is bar none! We use them for most of our food product, as well as other essentials. They also worked on our new menus for us and Denise did an amazing job! I'd recommend her to anyone looking to revamp their menus! And John provides exceptional customer service every time. Just great people working for a great company! Love these guys!! =)

One star is almost a compliment! McDonald wholesale is a absolute joke! Very dishonest company with horrible customer service. They have no integrity and will take advantage of you and lie right to your face. I have consulted an attorney and the better business bureau. I suggest anyone doing business with them check through every delivery and the price changes weekly. If you do not look the invoices over they will pocket your money until you call them out.

This company is bad from a customer's point of view! From top to bottom these guys are amateurs. Unbelievable issues like: Proteins delivered at over 50 degrees more than 3 times! This company asked me to go & temp the products in the truck? I found out my truck is dedicated to Dutch Bros coffee & it doesn't have a freezer section. Most frozen items would come in partially thawed until they started packing dry ice? Really? If you don't take a credit in a timely fashion, then they just make it disappear. Poor communication with an elitist's attitude from all departments with dealing with them! Delivering more than one at LUNCH! I'm a small deli & only make money at lunch. Pretty hefty fuel charge per drop as well as a $750 order minimum with a $35 charge if you don't make it Buyer beware is all I can say to you as the reader! Bad all around!
