I have never had that problem, been there several times, was it crowded ,? Of course we treat the wait staff with respect. If she's new, give them a break, but if you didn't like the service,then don't go back. Or you could let the manager know.

Although, it's been a while, I stayed at the hotel next door. I can honestly say that my experience at this restaurant was always exceptional.
Unfortunately the few times my wife and I have gone there, the service has been inconsistent. The most recent time, everything was spot on but I am finding that problem with most restaurants so we will be making a conscience effort to drastically cut down our eating out in 2018.
Got up and left. Never got waited on. Not the first time we had bad service. My fault for going back. Lol
