The Leland office staff is super friendly and helpful and I have the best team that works on my dental issues, Dr. McRanie and Krisi!! They are very understanding and caring, making me feel more at ease during my dental appointments. They are very knowledgeable, always answering all my questions and listening to all my concerns. I am pretty new to the office and I enjoyed my experience I enjoy having clean teeth and I go to the dentist religiously every 6 months this time I had Donna and she was great! She cleaned my teeth very thoroughly and she was a pleasure to chat with. When I left my teeth felt very clean and in 6 months I will be going right back to Donna. I also got a cavity filled and the dr was great I felt that everyone in the office took time to make sure everything was checked efficiently and that I left feeling satisfied I definitely recommend Riccobene in Leland to anyone who is looking for a dentist they also took my insurance from New Jersey which was even better!!

It is hard to find a Dentist and Dental practice that you can trust, isn' it? Well, I have found one that I can highly recommend! I have been with Riccobene and Dr. Cislo for a few years now and I can confidently say that their expert care is what keeps me coming back. Dr. Cislo is highly skilled and so friendly that she makes my dental visits a pleasure. I have had multiple procedures done with her and I am always completely satisfied with her work! One of the best aspects of her work is how she keeps me out of pain during the procedure! 😊 The office staff is also very professional - from the front desk staff to the Hygienists, I am always treated like a valued patient and that my dental care is important to them. Received a call the day before my appointment that their x-ray machine was down and they needed to reschedule my appointment. I requested to just have the cleaning without x-rays since we were approaching the end of the year and my dental insurance was changing. They refused to do the cleaning and told me my only option was to be rescheduled that week at the Wilmington office. I reluctantly agreed but wanted to be seen that week. I went to the Wilmington location for my new appointment and sat in the waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I asked how much longer, they told me that another patient ran long and it would probably be another 30 minutes but she wasn't sure. I left without being seen and no one from either location followed up with me and it's been a few weeks.
