The owner is the absolute sweetest lady ever! However one of her employees just had the absolute worst attitude with me to the point I had to cancel my appt and end the call. She spoke to me like I was an idiot for not knowing the difference between a groom and a cut, and almost talked to me as if I was a child and she didn’t have time for me. This was 5/18/22 at 4:15pm. Very disappointed as the owner/manager has always been so sweet and helpful but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please train employees better on customer service!

I have gone 4 times with my dog and and it is never open for business. I have called the number and it rings 1 time then says the voice mail is not set up. This place either not operational or they really don't want business.

Super rude workers. If they are rude and snappy towards us dog owners, I can’t imagine how they treat the dogs. Will not be going back. Also never answer the phone.

Been bringing my dog here for a few years and I'm always happy with the results, she doesn't mind coming here, she used to hate going to Petsmart, says a lot of good things about the staff.
