Recently dined at this location. Tables were filthy. Sign at cash register said soda machine out of order, it was not. Ordered a gyro. Very little meat, minimal lettuce and dressing. Staff acted as if it was a bother to take the order. Asked for a knife to cut sandwich, was first informed they didn’t know if they actually had such a thing, then found one. Sauce and ketchup dispensers had congealed condiments and no cups. Understandable re no cups etc with covid and the switch to packets, but the residue showing in the tubes was disgusting. Will not ever dine at this location again.

Hands down the worst arbys every I’ve been here a lot because I live in Bolivia so it’s the only arbys options. In the past 3 months they’ve been out of everything. From cups. To curly fries. Even bags. One time I came and they were legit out of meat. Slogan is we got the meats and they have zero. Who ever is the store manager should be fired because this is an embarrassment I get one bad week but it’s been months now Get it together This is a franchise and there are standards.

Food was good. Cashier was pleasant. Restaurant was terribly dirty!!! Didn’t seem to be any adult management? Filthy floors, tables and chairs. Hard to eat in such a messy place. Won’t do that again.

I used to like the beef and cheddar until my son introduced me to the chicken, bacon, jalapeno wrap. Now that is amazing. And to top it off they still have employees who know how to take your order. Excellent!!
